Your tasks in the electro laboratory:

  • assembly of electronic assemblies
  • Soldering of circuits for prototypes and small series
  • Manufacture of cables
  • Carrying out repairs on electronic assemblies
  • Control of material and stocks
  • Quality assurance through incoming and outgoing goods inspections, including the implementation of the necessary hardware tests

We are looking for:

Support & Service Technician (m/f/d)

Your Tasks:

  • Supporting our customers and technical sales personnel according to ​​service issues (maintenance, repair, etc.)
  • Technical support in troubleshooting and fixing, including initiation of appropriate corrective measures via remote maintenance and, if necessary, also on site at the customer
  • Interface to design and development department
  • Project management in the development and implementation of software, electronics, building of calibrators and other special machines
  • Support and management of an external partner for accreditation according to DIN EN ISO / IEC 17025 and certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001
  • Performing calibrations of flow meters for liquids and gases as well as commissioning and modification of our systems
  • Assembly and commissioning of new machines at our customers, including instruction of the operating personnel
  • Preventive maintenance (inspection & maintenance)
  • Monitoring of test equipment
  • Organization of internal and external interlaboratory comparisons of our calibrators
  • Preparation of technical reports and documentation

Your Profile:

  • Completed apprenticeship / studies as a mechatronics technician, electrician, or electronics technician
  • Knowledge in software and electronics development as well as control technology and in the field of machine or plant construction
  • Good language skills in German or English
  • Knowledge of French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, or Chinese can be an asset
  • Competent, trustworthy, and confident appearance with customers on site
  • Travelling (20%) in Germany, Europe and occasionally also internationally
